An alluring aroma of honey, soft toffee and sweet sherry flows seamlessly into decadent flavours of toffee, subtle honey and a rich maltyness. All bolstered by a rounded and silky smooth mouth feel. Notes of dried figs and dates follow with a slight suggestion of nutmeg and clove. Ending with a pepperiness joined by a hint of alcohol heat.

Bottle at home. Pours clear deep amber, nose is floral, raisin, berries, caramel, vanilla, a little green apple, taste is chewy, berries, vanilla, raisin, oak, sweet.
