On tap at the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy dark brown colour with a small light beige head. Light aroma of nuts, bread crust, wood and some pine and grapefruit. The flavour is more roasted with coffee, rye bread, leather, grass, pine and hints of grapefruit. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. Roasted and malty with a touch of American hops in the background.
