Re-rate 5/19/11: Bottle sample at a blind Hefeweizens tasting. Cloudy, foggy golden. Aroma of wheat, fruits, candies and soapy notes. Flavor of yeast, fruits and lots of chemicals. Finishes with very unpleasant bitterness. My 19th (and last) place of the tasting. 5/3/3/2/6=1.9
Bottle. Hazy dark honey-amber color with a huge long-lasting white head. Sweet yeasty-fruity aroma with some citric notes, spices, honey and some caramel hints. Spicy sweetish flavor, quite yeasty, pretty heavy on the spices with light sugary notes, some bread, citrus peels and some estery fruitiness. Finish is drier. Medium-bodied. Not bad. 7/4/6/3/13=3.3

0.33L bottle, big head with some lacing but becoming small and stable quite qiuckly, lots of carbonation. Murky dark rusty orange colour, aromas of peach and orange with a touch of spice and something rubbery which suddenly appears and then dissappears quickly as it came. Biscuity flavours with a mellow lemony sourness and some alcoholic presence that is a touch coarse. Medium bodied, a bit bigger then expected. Needs some fine tunning, but still a nice effort.
