Imperial IPA with pineapple and hibiscus
What makes a chick beer? To us, all types and styles of craft beer are for everyone. This International Women’s Day, we brewed a beer in the spirit of subverting the idea of a ‘chick beer’ and what women like to drink.
An imperial IPA, this beer is strong yet crushable and aromatic; additions of pineapple and hibiscus give it a beautiful pink hue and accentuate the fruit-forward hops. Partial proceeds from this beer go to Vancouver Period Pantry, a local charity that makes menstrual products more accessible in our community.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7
On tap at Alibi Room. Pours cloudy ruddy orange with off-white head. Aroma is floral with notes of grapefruit and pineapple. Flavor is similar with strong caramel malts. Rough but decent.
