7 Fjell Svartediket Black IPA er et mørkt øl, fullt av humle med aromaer av sitrus og tropisk frukt. En dose brent malt tilfører en karakter av kaffe og bitter sjokolade, og den tørre avslutningen gir ølet et komplekst, men forfriskende preg. Ølet er upasteurisert og ufiltrert, og bør serveres ved 7-9 grader i egnet glass.

7 Fjell Bryggeri ligger i Bergen og er basert på en grunnleggende lidenskap for godt øl. Vi vil kombinere det beste av gode håndverkstradisjoner med ønsket om å utvikle nye og spennende smaker.

At a tasting, thanks, dense fluffy creamy head with some lacing, quite clear deep brown color, herbal nutty aroma with a lemony whiff,flavor of brown bread, caramel, nuts and a fruity lemony sourness, light bitterness, light bodied. Nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Stas & Max. Dark brown. Aroma of soapy hops, fruity and piney, and some roast. Flavor has light sweetness, and bitter piney and fruity hops with a soapy hint. Medium-bodied. Decent.

Bottle. Brown color, slightly creamy foam. Aroma: hops, malt and caramel, a little fruit, honey. Taste: malty, mild hop bitterness, a little watery, warming.

Bottled (Vinmonopolet, Kirkenes). Hazy brown colour, medium brown head. Aroma is fruity, some coffee, dishwatery citrus and mild smoked notes. Flavour is smoked, some fruity, mild zesty notes.

Dark amber color, steady small beige head. Toasted malty aroma with notes of citrus. Medium-bodied. Quite roasted, burned maltyness. Grassy, earthy hoppyness. A bit rough.

33cl bottle @Vaasa sessions. Deep brown color with a thin off white head. Some licorice, spicy notes, molasses in aroma. Flavor has citrus, licorice, ashy dryness, some strong coffee in finish.

On tap at Henrik �l og Vinstove, pours a dark reddish brown with a medium beige head. Aroma is very earthy, full of chalk and light earthy hops. Flavour is a little better, with earthy hops and chalk. Not a whole lot of complexity but pretty solid.

Dark amber with a light brown head - Nice hop aroma - Malt body with a good hop profile that is fruity and has some bitterness to it - The hops goes into the finish with a Nice bitterness that is a little bit fruity - This was good

Bottle. Aroma citrusy, fruity, resiny, lightly roasted. Hazy dark brown colour. Taste nicely bitter, fruity hoppy citrusy. Also lots of caramel. Quite tasty.p
