Fruited DIPA
A DIPA made with flaked and malted oats and dry-hopped with Mosaic and Barbe Rouge. It was then conditioned on heaps of raspberries, giving it a jammy, bold fruitiness.

On tap at brewery. Pours hazy pale red with white head. Aroma is faintly fruity jam with some bright herbs. Flavour is mostly raspberry jam with some floral notes, a touch of citrus. Mouthfeel is a bit sludgy at the back of the palate, but not too bad. Simple and muddled, but definitely drinkable.
