This is our Small Batch Gose! We hear you asking “What’s a Gose?”
Its name comes from the river Gose in the town of Goslar where it was originally brewed. A Gose is a light bodied sour brew with a a pinch of salt and coriander to make for a very unique (and tasty) flavour.
This Gose has notes of lemon and orange, with little hints of plum and apricot with a slight salted finish.

[Tasted as a QVxNF pilot.] Flight at brewery. Pours clear pale yellow. Aroma is tart with light citrus and sea salt. Flavour has a lot of sour and salt up front with a bit of lime. Refreshing and nice, not super complex.
