A German rye ale brewed with local NS yeast strain. This amber beer contains 50% rye malt that provides a distinct flavour and richness. The banana aromatics provided by the yeast make for a really complimentary flavour combination.

473mL can. Pours clear brown with very short-lived head. Aroma is very nice: roasty, spicy rye malts, cloves. Flavour has some bready rye (less than I expected), banana, toffee. Mild carbonation. Very enjoyable, even if the taste is a bit tame.
