Brewed with Saccharomyces Bruxellensis-like Trois yeast, a fruit forward yeast strain that ferments fairly dry and slightly more tart. Generously dry hopped with Mosaic & Moteuka to lend notes of citrus & tropical fruits, making for a refreshingly easy-drinking IPA.

473mL can. Pours clear pale amber with minimal white head. Aroma has some herbs and a bit of apricot. Flavour is also pretty herbal with notes of apricot, some sticky malts. Bitter on the finish. Flavour almost like apple juice lingering after? Not terribly hoppy for an IPA. Not a huge fan of this one.
