Brewed with local Pilsner malt, hopped moderately in boil with local Tettnanger and Styrian Golding hops, fermented cool with a lovely German lager strain and judiciously dry hopped with more Styrian Golding hops, krausened and lagered forever. This beer took a whole lotta time and a whole lotta love, and it shows.

Poured from the tap @ 2 Crows Oxford. Hazy yellow gold with small white head. Bready malt, light grassy hops, very old world Czech style.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Flight at brewery. Pours clear yellow. Aroma has some light malt notes. Flavour has solid cracker malts, some light grassy notes. Not too exciting, but seems well done.
