An easy drinking, higher alcohol beer will catch you while you’re not looking. Lighter malt flavours mixed with lighter spicy and fruity esters from the yeast make for a nicely balanced beer. Although this beer registers at 30 IBU’s, they’re almost hidden by everything else going on in this beer.

473mL can. Pours clear gold with white head. Aroma has some nice yeast character with floral notes, particularly chamomile. Flavour has some yeast with floral notes and some damp malts. Pretty well-balanced, solid blonde.
