From tap. Pours dark brown with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty and slight breadish. Bitter, toasted and caramelish. Dry and toasted to dark malty finish.

At the spurce: pours reddish with an off white head. Aroma is rye malt and light hops. Taste is somewhat sweet and lightly bitter from the rye. Sustained aftertaste. Simple but not too bad of a rye ale.
