Typically brewed only once a year, Joe N’ Oats is another of our OG beers. This robust Coffee Oatmeal Stout is brewed with a special blend of oatmeal and chocolatey malts for an enhanced mouthfeel and complex base flavor. We then condition the base on hand-selected, freshly roasted, Ethiopian Sidamo Coffee from our friends @roastd.coffee. Pouring a dark brown with a fluffy tan head we're finding aromas and flavors of melted Hersey's bars, fresh cocoa, and roasted coffee beans.

Nice dark roast coffee. Jet brown with a nice beige head. Nice coffee, roast and a creamy note. Solid.

Can - pours dark brown tan head - nose and taste of burnt coffee, burnt oats, chocolate roast - medium body

At the source: pours black with a light beige head. Aroma is fresh coffee grounds, but not overwhelmingly. Taste is muh the same. Lightly chocolate flavor coffee. Body is light for the size. Kind of milk chocolate milk in a way... Not sure if a bad or good thing. Not bad.
