Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Sample at Proletariat. Hazy orange-gold color with a medium off-white head that dissipates steadily to a film. Strings of lacing. Aroma of herbal hops, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with a grassy hops character and notes of yeast and doughy malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a grassy hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is grassy, hoppy, hay, straw, blah, etc... Nice. Taste is nicely bitter with good hop character. Well balanced. Good stuff.
