Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear orange gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has light citrus pice and grass with some bread backing. Flavor has candied citrus and light pine with a bit of bread backing.

Beermiscuous, Chicago tap: pours dark gold with a white head. Aroma is hay, funk, yeast, and maltiness. Taste is moderately bitter at the front. Low sweetness in general. Pretty light bodied. Not a bad Belgianish beer.

Draft at mad mouse. From notes. Belgian yeast and some fruity hops. Good, but not nearly as complex as I was hoping.

Tap at Haymarket Brewery - clear dark gold - quite sweet for a session Belgian - notes of ginger, melon, pear esters - strong American hop bitterness and spiciness to it - moderate pepper phenolics - sweet, kind of sugar finish, with lingering hop spiciness - it’s merely okay - not gonna lie - I pretty much just ordered it because of the name.
