Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average to long duration, fruity - herbal, vegetables, agian sweet something - asume it is the carrots. Keg at the Southern. Pours clear golden orange, big bubbly head. Aromas of yeast and light spice. Taste is where the carrot is at. Nice. Orange bitterness, kind of like a carrot and coriander soup, mixed with beer, in a good way.

On tap at the Southern. Appearance - golden orange with a decent head. Nose - carrot and orange. Taste - more of the same. Palate - medium bodied with a tangy texture and a relationship relatively fresh finish. Overall - decent ale.

Tap at the southern... amber ... Thin white head... Soft light carrot nose... Too fizzy... Little thin... Softest carrot... Interesting but its lacking a little carrot
