Draft. A golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, and a bit of cardboard, leading to a dry finish. I must admit that I don’t know the French hops well enough to know if it is the hops that gives this beer its cardboard accent.

Taster, on tap at the brewpub. Pale golden coloured body, near-clear. Bread-like malts on the nose added by herbal hops. Grain malty flavours mixed with grassy hops. Faint dry bitter ending. Clean in the mouth. Easy going (Copenhagen 01.05.2014).
