A Dopplebock is a bigger and stronger version of the low-gravity German-style Bock beers. A very rich and complex malt profile with flavors of burnt sugar, toasted bread and hints of dark fruit and raisins. We brewed ours on the lighter ABV side to help ensure drinkability without being too cloyingly sweet or boozy.

Draft at the brewpub. Beautiful, clear, amber color, with a big, foamy, beige head. The nose is cherry, toffee, black pepper, caramel, and vanilla. Sweet and yeasty, with a mellow earthy bitterness. Medium to heavy body, chewy, and clean. Bold, pleasant and clean.
