The aroma offers up soft thin malty lightly sweet bread and then flows into spicy to herbal to a bit of lemon like hoppiness. The taste delivers thin modestly sweet malts that have a wafer thin edge of bread to it struggling under the thumb of spicy to citrus grapefruit like bitter hoppiness. Solid. It ends fairly crisp with a faint echo of biscuit like malts. Wow. A proper Kölsch. Yes.
