Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a small head. Woody herbal aroma. Starts intense woody-sourish, tart. Some fruity hints of berries. Woody-dry finish, alcohol, sour. Interesting one!

Dark ruby colour with small head.Aroma is sour and tart with flavour of barrel and wood nice acid note with hint of rosé wine nice by style.

033 l bottle purchased at the brewery. Cloudy darkest red brown in the glass. Smallest fast fading head. Some malt with fruity sourness and barrel wood on the nose. Taste starts also malty with a mid sour fruity section. Increasing malty and soft grainy in the second part. Low carbonation as expected.
