Tap at 73 Enid Street. A clear cherry red crimson coloured pour with a lasting pinkish white head. Aroma is semi sweet, tart cherry, light woody funk, lemon rind hint of cranberry.. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tart prickly red berries, cranberry, sour cherry. Hint of honey sweetness, bitter sour finish with a little woody tanin. Palate is semi sweet, mellow tart, fine carbonation, semi drying finish, woody tannin, well rounded.

Pours hazy reddish pink with a white head that sticks around. Aroma is sharp chuckleberry, white wine, oak, a little butter, fresh jammy red fruit. Taste is jammy red fruits, honey sweetness, chuckleberry adds a sharpness, white wine, oak notes. Nice and mellow with a sharp finish. Great.
