Japanese rice lager brewed with what is becoming one of our favorite pilsner malts and 33% puffed rice. Hopped gently with German Spalt Select and fermented low and slow with our favorite lager yeast before weeks and weeks of lagering at frigid temps. This is the beer we want to be crushing in all the warm weather. Incredibly clean, light and refreshing, yet maintains a beautifully delicate toasty rice cracker malt profile balanced by a nuanced floral spice and snappy carbonation.
