Tap at the brewery taproom in Philadelphia PA. A clear mahogany brown coloured pour with a a lasting beige cap. Aroma is semi sweet, spicy, wood, bark, spruce tips, earthy roast. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody roast, bark, cedar, light spicy nutty roast cinnamon. Palate is semi sweet, oily. Moderate carbonation.
