We’ve been dreaming of this beer for awhile so we went ahead and made it a reality. A fun little play on our Pět Pils, Pětite is a lower abv Northern German leaning keller pils brewed with German Pilsner malt and healthy additions of Hallertauer Mittelfrüher and Select in the kettle. Clean light crackery malt with a burst of herbal spicy and woody notes with layers of grass and lemon verbena. Crisp dry finish. INCREDIBLY quaffable and refreshing.

Tap at the brewery taproom in Philadelphia PA. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting sticky white head. Aroma is clean earthy sweet grains, mealy apple. Grass, light straw. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, earthy cereal, woody apple, grass, damp hay, grass palate is crisp light tang, earthy, moderate carbonation.
