It’s time to unleash your inner tiger with the latest installment of STONED, our new series of gemstone-inspired brews.

Each beer release in this series will be inspired by, named after, and feature the unique artwork of a different gemstone.

The Tiger’s Eye gemstone is known for its chatoyancy, which is the optical phenomenon that causes the stone to reflect a band of light that appears to move across the surface, much like a cat’s eye appears to glow in the dark.

This beautiful, golden-brown gemstone is said to promote a sense of courage, strength, confidence, and decision making clarity - all important traits for a ferocious tiger patiently stalking its prey.

Tigers Eye was brewed with a base of pale barley malt, an abundance of malted wheat and oats, and the purrfect blend of hops that will have you feline fine.

This hazy, Imperial IPA pours a light-yellow orange hue into a glass and radiates a bouquet of wonderful hoppy aromas provided by a double dose of dry hopping with Cascade, Strata, and New Zealand Revolution Blend (a blend of Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Pacific Sunrise, and Riwaka hops).

We get notes of juicy pink grapefruit, passion fruit smoothie, mango candies, gooseberry, star fruit, strawberry jam, bright lime zest, sweet pine, tropical melon, and orange juice.
