Source of Wit is a light, refreshing, Belgian-style ale brewed with pilsner and wheat malts along with a touch of flaked oats.

This beautiful, seasonal beer pours an opaque, straw-yellow color into a glass and brims with creamy white foam that tantalizes the senses with aromas of soft baked wheat bread, bright citrus, and delicate Belgian spice.

You can expect a pleasant, creamy mouthfeel up front which is quickly met and overtaken by a quick, spritzy, slightly acidic finish.

With each sip of Source of Wit you will feel like you’ve been transported to a sunny orchard in the heart of Belgium, the bright flavors of the cold beer dancing on your palate like rays of sunshine, leaving you feeling energized, invigorated, and refreshed.

We get notes of flaky wheat pastry, sweet orange peel, bright lemon, classic Belgian Witbier spice, and a gentle farmhouse breeze carrying the scent of blooming orange blossoms.
