Our brewers loved making this blueberry lemon saison! We brewed a 5 grain saison with barley, wheat, rye, oats, and corn, fermented it nice and warm with a classic Belgian saison yeast, then conditioned it on top of blueberry puree. Say hi to your new favorite beer!

Tap at victory taproom Philadelphia. A light hazed amber orange coloured pour with a halo of off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, dusty funk raspberry floral, violet. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, raspberry jam, dusty grains, grass, lemon rind, grass. Palate is semi, light tang, highish carbonation. But muddled.
