Bottle at Matteo abode, thanks to Fergus, 31/10/16. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is pissy, soured plum skins, wood must, light funk. Taste comprises pissy citrics, rising acidity, light plum tones, tangy red berry edge, musty wood, funk, light fruit balsams. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering effect. Solid easy drinking sour.

Gott.

Bottle from Sparrow. Tart and fruity aroma. Murky orange with a slight pinkish hue. Flavor is sour fruit, lactic, bit of yeast. Lively carbonation. Couldn't have guessed the fruit in here was plum, but it's a solid fruited sour.

Keg at Bottle Shop. It pours hazy amber with a medium white head. The aroma is rather fresh, juicy, sour plum, berry skin and some granny smith. The taste is crisp, juicy, tart, sour plum, berry, sherbet, minimal acidity and earth with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Crisp, tart and fruity. Juciyy and very drinkable.
