En India Pale Ale är till stilen distinkt besk och humlearomatisk. Klackabackens IPA är trogen stilen. Vi brygger vår IPA med amerikansk humle för att locka fram smaker av citrusfrukter, ananas och passionsfrukt. För att balansera humlen har vi använt karamell- och vetemalt. Denna karaktärsfulla IPA passar utmärkt till grillat, vällagrade ostar och kryddstark mat.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy copper, rich head. Rich aroma of strawberry and lychee with roasty malt behind. Sweetish with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Toasted cinnamon buns and black currant, some grapefruit. Distinct bitter finish. Nice!

Bottle from Systembolaget. Pours dark amber with a big off White head. Rather malty aroma. Nice balanced brew, malty with some citrusy hops, modern yet without beeing excessive.

Flaska från SB. Skummade så mycket att jag fick använda sked att ösa bort skummet med för att kunna hälla upp den. Söt humledoft i kombination med syrli lätt unken luft. Misstänkt infektion. Citrus, tall, beskunken bismak. Kändes tyvärr infekterad.

330ml Bottle - A rich amber in colour. Toffee, pine, grapefruit and lychees in the aroma. Grapefruit, papaya, pine and dried fruit all feature in the hoppy and fruity taste.

Draught at PåBesök, Malmö
Hazy amber color with creamy head. Wonderful fruity aroma, a bit flowery and herbal. Lean and smooth mouthfeel, with grassy and flowery touch, caramel flavor, and strong bitterness; resiny but not very fruity; somehow too bitter in the end.
Peculiar beer, flowery IPA.

Draft @ Bishops Arms Savoy, Malmö. Pours a hazy amber color with a small longlasting off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy citrus aroma, with weak earthy grassy hints. Fruity malty citrus hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty citrus hoppy finish.

From tap, Bishops Arms Savoy, Malmö. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild gresy grapefruity hoppy. Grapefruity, peachy and citrusy. Bitter, herbal and grapefruity. Dry finish.
