Heaven Hill BA - Giant Haystacks w/ Kings and daughters - Coffee & Blueberry Granola Imperial Stout - Inspired by a wholesome start to the day but given a kick, we've taken our coffee and blueberry imperial stout and aged it in freshly emptied Heaven Hill barrels. An upfront, heady whiskey character gives way to a slightly tart and fruity note which sets the tone for the coffee kick and sumptuous layers of viscous dark chocolate sweetness.

Bottle at home. Pours black, nose is smoky, chocolate, vanilla, coffee, honey, little funk, taste is similar, chewy, some juicy fruit, sticky maple syrup. --- Beer merged from original tick of Barrel Aged Giant Haystacks on 21 Mar 2023 at 17:25 - Score: 8

Bottle from the Track Taproom, Manchester. Black pour with a tan head. Boozy aromas of blackberry, blueberries, raisin, plum jam. Taste is creamy coffee, chocolate cake, dark fruits, sticky toffee pudding. Sweet desserty finish.
