Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2013, Great British Beer Festival, London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX. [ As Jarrow Isis ].Clear medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, citrus, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20130813]

On cask at the Haymarket. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head. Nose - lemon and cream but very subtle. Taste - lemon zest possibly grapefruit too. Palate - light to medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - a solid blonde.

Cask at Haymarket. Pours clear gold, thin white head. Aromas of lemon and orange, touch of malt. Taste has more bitterness, but refreshing. Light body, clean finish. Enjoyed that.

Cask @ Old Wellington, Manchester. Nicholson’s Beer Festival. Clear yellow-blonde with a small head. Has a floral aroma and taste with the former more stated and fairly bushy.

Cask (Isis, Sunderland) - Golden in colour. Lemon, grapefruit and biscuity malt in the aroma. Nicely balanced taste with grapefruit, lemon and a crisp bitterness featuring in the finish.

Draft at GBBF 2013, Day 3 - London. Pours clear yellow with a frothy white head. Light lemony citrus aroma with biscuity pale malts. Light-medium sweet flavor with pale bread, lemon. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Moderate sweetness in the finish with juicy lemon, more pale bread, faint hay and citrus rind. Exceptional.

Gravity dispense at the Happy Man Autumn BF, Englefield Green, 11/10/13. Lightly hazed golden with a thin off white head. Nose citrus, grassy, lemon rind, faint toasty malts. Taste comprises tangy citrus, lemon, orange pith, quite bitter citrics in this one. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, dry finish with grassy bitterness. Ok GB.

Gravicask, one-third pint, GBBF 2013. Near clear golden body. Spotty lacing. Mild floral fruity nose. Taste of grapefruits, mid-sweet, together with juicy malts. Fresh fruit bitter ending. Fine bodied. Quite morish (London Olympia 15.08.2013).

GBBF Day 3. Lightly hazy pale gold beer. Small white head. Palate is light with good fine carbonation. Nice mouthfeel. Floral softness leading to floral bitterness. Little lemon. Light fresh finish. Very drinkable.
