1 l PET bottle. A relatively dark Pils, a lot of CO 2, small but long lasting head. Typical czech beer nose, malt and penetrative caramell. Starts the same, first bitter herb, later nearly honey. I don´t like to drink so much of it.

(Draught at Zly Casy, Prague, 28 July 2011) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, toffee, grass and vanilla. Malty taste with bread, grass, vanilla, hints of citrus and a generous grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Solid Bohemian pilsener with lots of grassy hops and toffee character. Very nice.

(plastic bottle, 100cl) Hazy, golden colour with a blond and short foamy layer. Buttery malty and slightly fruity aroma with notes of woody hops. Slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Buttery malty aroma with fruity and woody accents; dry-ish mildly sweet and bitter hopy finish. Decent brew. 16.VIII.11

Bottle: Golden, hazy, mid-sized fluffy white head, light to moderate woody-buttery nose; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; shorter hoppy-buttery finish with some typical aromas in the aftertaste. O.K., nothing special.....
