Rustbucket is a balance of rye and barley malt. The rye gives it a little spiciness which combines nicely with hops that contribute a citrusy note.

440ml can in garden, from Sterk, Amsterdam, consumed 26th May 19. Actually meant to pick up their BIPA, cans looked similar, pretty angry when I got home. Any way this one is also on its BB date, but still good. Pours a copper colour and pretty clear. Aroma is light caramel, stone fruit. Taste is caramel, grains, quite bitter, then some mellowness, it's got a bitter finish and is all round pleasant. Good. I'll try the BIPA next time I see it!

Last of my Beer52 stash. Rye and caramel aroma. Not overly strong. Cloudy dark orange amber. Fluffy off-white head. Light bitter. Hops and spicy rye. Light - medium bodied. Thin but improved by soft-fizzy carbonation. Dry finish. Quaffable stuff. Not bad at all.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark amber to brown colour with average, firm, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Citrusy hoppy aroma, notes of orange, orange zest, caramel malty background with hints of rye spiciness. Taste is bitter, citrusy fruity hoppy, notes of orange, orange zest, hints of grapefruit, spicy, minimally earthy, malty basis, weak hints of rye spiciness. Nice..
