Cask at Unit 9. Pours hazy gold with a solid white head. Aroma is gooseberry, citrus and a little grassy hop. Taste is a balanced gooseberry and citrus hit, bit of bitter hop on the end. Lovely balance and freshness to it. Silky smooth mouthfeel. Cracking cask beer

Cask at the white Hart tap St Albans. A light hazed golden coloured pour with a a lasting loose white head. Aroma is soft wheat, green citrus, opal fruits midget gems, bready grains. Flavour is composed of semi sweet bready malts, wheat, green citrus, lime, grape, mellow tropical. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, good cask condition, good.
