Here at Whyte Bär, we love our hops, we also love our malts too, sometimes we even like hem both at the same time!
We wanted to create a beer to highlight that malt/hop balance present in some West Coast styles. Life Finds a Way is an American style Amber dry hopped with Citra and Centennial.
We fermented with BRY-97 for a neutral clean yeast profile to let the malt and hops shine through. Vienna and Crystal malts bring a pleasant malty bite to the beer, while Citra and Centennial bring the citrus and piney notes through.
