We make no secret that we’re massive fans of Saisons here at Polly’s. The style that got both head brewer Sean and head of sales Arron into beer; we decided to pay homage to our favourite style in this bright and effervescent farmhouse ale. Bursting with old school hoppyness from Columbus, and balanced out with peppercorn spiciness, this is a beer all about nostalgia.

Draft. An unclear yellow beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, spices, and hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of perfume, pomerans, spices, lemons, yeast, and malt, leading to a dry finish.

Keg at the Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Polly's Tap Takeover. Gold pour with a white head. Aromas of banana, wheat, pineapple. Flavours of banana, citrus, wheat, splash of peppercorn. Very good indeed.
