Keg at the source. A dark mahogany brown coloured pour with a lasting thin mid tan head. Aroma is sweet, liquorice, cakey, malts, brown sugars, light cinnamon. Flavour is composed of brown, sugars, cake, light must,, hint of cinnamon,. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, semi dry finish.. Lingering faint smoke, low roast.
