Draught @ Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Smooth, earthy and slightly roasty grainy with some hints of caramel and toffee. Okay, quite easy going sweetish Schwarz. --- Beer merged from original tick of Schwarz on 18 Nov 2018 at 17:57 - Score: 7

Keg at pikkulintu... Dark black... Thin tan lacing... Soft dusty dry chocolate roast malts y... Heavy dry chocolate roast malts.. Dust dry chocolate roast malts

Tap at Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Color is almost black with very small white head. Aromas and flavors: Chocolate, smoke?, dryness and roasted malts. Probably best schwarzbieg made by Finnish brewers.

(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20181020) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, chocolate and ash. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, sweetness, chocolate, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, burnt and bitter. A clean and solid schwarzbier. Well done.
