From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours pale yellow with white foam. Aroma is ready but also banana. Body is medium. Taste is mostly sweet, with a finish that is relatively short.

On tap at the source in Forni di Sopra (Italy). Clear and bright ancient golden color pour, medium tick white foam. Nose: coriander (silky and pleasant), spicy herbal notes, aromatic tea, zest, grass too. Lovely. Mouth is clean, easy, with herbal notes, tea, spices. Really easy and tasty.
