IPA sèche et désaltérante pour une grosse buvabilité. Fermentée avec une levure de Lager mais à température de Ale. La bonne dose de houblons aromatiques ajoutée à froid apporte des notes résineuses, d’agrumes et de fruits exotiques. La finale est sèche et amère.

750ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, white head. Spicy, minimally biscuity, pale malty and slightly piney, minimally citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of old lemon peel, a touch of salty cracker. Taste is bitter, grassy, slightly piney and minimally citrusy fruity hoppy, spicy, minimally biscuity, pale malty basis, notes of lemon peel, a touch of orange peel, hints of salty cracker; minimally mineral finish.
Oily-watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Quite bitter and spicy, fairly refreshing - not bad.

Bottled 330ml. -at Le Brix La Pleagne Centre. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, light fruity herbal nose. Biscuity malty, fruity, herbal, light yeasty and bitterish finish.
