Flaske 750ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø Sentrum. Svingtopp-kork og åpner med et smell. Lys appelsinfarget. Lavt skum som flater helt ut. Uklar. Aroma av sitrus og antydning til gjær. Smaken er syrlig. Totalt dominert av gjær. Virker uferdig. Tørr avslutning med en ikke helt god ettersmak.

Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity, spicy, yeast, coriander. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, tart, plastic, yeast. Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&C’s beer palace, Jutland Saturday Session 1 - 01/03/14. Hazed orange with a good sized off white head that retains well. Nose is light soap, lemon rind, charred wood effect, bitter orange, straw. Taste comprises bitter orange, vanilla, light soap and medicinal notes, herbal tang, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. So so ...soapy, a little over soaped in places but palatable.

Bottle, 75cl. It pours a big, white head over a clear, golden body. The aroma has burnt rubber, citrus peel, some pale malts and coriander. The flavor has the same burnt rubber, with chalk, pale malts, coriander and some lemon. Full to medium body, quite carbonated, and dry. Bitter, citrusy finish with some rubber and chalk, and a hint of coriander. Sure not a very well brewed beer, lots of off-flavors, but with some qualities. 140301
