Imperial IPA with a Pastry Stout character, intense and complex, with a considerable alcohol content well supported by a round body and a marked sweetness. Produced only with light malt, it owes its amber color to a very long boiling and its broad aromatic profile to a massive dose of hops, added in multiple phases both in the boiler and cold infused.

Can, big stable bubbly head, clear dark orange to copper colour, malty, jammy, maybe a hint of orange marmalade and umami, cloying heavy sweetness, not enough bitterness. Not sure what this is, but it's a really bad experiment.

On tap at Mastro Birraio Trieste, shared with hrabren. Dark golden/amberish coloured, medium sized off-white head, herbal and light caramel nose. Sweet malty, candy, sugary and some caramel with notes of frozen fruits and light ripe oranges. Heavy sweetness in the finish.

On tap at Mastro Birraio, Trieste. Shared with Ogi. Clear amber, small firm creamy off-white head. Lightly hoppy, fruity, red fruit, toast, biscuit, caramel. Flavour is fruity, caramely, intensely sweet, almost unbearable sweetness. Sticky, hard to drink. Lasting sweet finish.
