Bottle, 6.4%. Unclear dark brown with medium beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, nut and hop. Flavour is malt, caramel, yeast, nut, medium sweet, hop, bread, wine and a little bitter.

Bottle. Amber colour with a beige head. Aroma and flavour is roasted malt, spices, hop, sugar, spices, caramel, dried fruits, chocolate. Nice beer.

Ruby. Beige head. Aroma of ripe cherries and fruit cake. Refreshing and well-balanced taste, still with cherries and also sweet caramel. Aftertaste of bitter cherries.

[ As Austmann Quinta do Nöel ].Unclear matt medium amber color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, light dark malt, spicy notes, light to moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140301]

Brun tåkete med høyt beige skum. Kakao, malt, skogsbær og sjokolade. Medium søtlig smak av bær, lett bitter sjokolade og humle, litt salt på slutten. medium kullsyre, vinøs

Appearance: Hazy deep amber color with a thick tan head. Nice lacing
Aroma: Fruity, raisins and some spices.
Palate: Medium + body. Slightly sweet and a moderate bitterness. Average to soft carbonation.
Taste: Fruity, caramel, raisisn, bready, some spices and some yeast.
Overall impression: Lovely tasty ale. Should have bought som more for storage. Recomendable.

Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&C’s beer palace, Jutland Saturday Session 1 - 01/03/14. Lightly hazed dark amber/chestnut brown with a moderate beige covering. Nose is toffee, light spice, dark fruit pangs, bready aroma. Taste comprises caramel, light spice rack, yeast esters, bitter orange, fruit loaf. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Ok.
