Hazy As DIPA showcases two of our favourite New Zealand hops; Nelson Sauvin and Rakau. Bold aromas of gooseberry and apricot lead to notes of citrus and passionfruit. This is one hell of a hefty brew.

Can @ Fox @ Hounds, Sønderborg. Pours cloudy straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of hops amd yeast, with mild grassy hints. Bitter flabour of grass and hops, with malty and estery notes. Bitter and citric flavour of jops, with sweetish notes of yeast and malt, and round fruity touches. Bitter and estery aftertaste. Decent and rather well-balanced.

From a 330ml can on 26/11/2020. Pours a slightly cloudy golden with little in the way of head. The aroma is negligible - just a hint of muted ripe tropical fruit. Taste wise, the nicest thing I can say is that it's muted. A hint of mango, a hint of apricot and slight tang. The 15 IBU is not a surprise. That this apparently has Nelson Sauvin hops (one of the faves) in it is a surprise, as I can't detect them (nor the Rakau). The texture is slick, the carbonation moderate. It's a remarkable effort to make a beer this big so utterly boring.
