Tapped: Pale golden, cloudy to milky, stable mid-sized off-white head, solid yeasty-fruity nose, wheat and herbal hops detectable; moderate to solid sweet-sourish flavour with a moderate, but distinctive bitterness, medium bodied, both a bit sticky and a bit fizzy; sweetish-wheaty finish with a nice hop-presence. Very pleasant brew…

Heller, brotig würziger Antrunk mit deutlich heftigen, insgesamt aber unwichtig erscheinenden Noten. Hell würzig, wenig herb, wenig trocken. Wunderbar fruchtig, süffig. 12/12/13/11//12
