(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20180227) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had tartness, fruitiness and floralness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, tartness, floralness, malts, wood and bitterness. Aftertaste was floral, tart and bitter. Too floral brew for me.

Milder than other St. Brettas, moderately tart with lots of orange essence but not much funk. Citrus and sourdough bread on the front, followed by orange and a slight grainy sweetness. Barnyard comes in late and faint. Decent, but not as strong as other beers in the series.

Draught @ Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Pours deep yellowish orange with a smooth head. Aroma of tart orange juice, funky yeast, wood and citrus. Taste is zesty with some tart orange juice, citrus and lemon, hints of bretta. Finish is sweetish and juicy with some citrus, tart orange juice and hints of bretta. Quite smooth and zesty for a Crooked Stave beer.
