Tap at Gambrinus. Assuming it’s this version based on the color. Hazy straw gold with a pillowy white foam that lingers throughout. Light farmhouse, horseblanket nose with some lemon and sudachi notes. Great brett character in the nose and a light earthy brett character on the palate. Grainy texture, green pineapple and more lemon...some wheat in there as well. Nicely tart and refreshing, grainy finish.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of dust, hops, wet hay, malt, and brettanomyces. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, dusty hops, brettanomyces, and wet hay, leading to a tart finish.

On tap at The Source, Pours a hazy cloudy orange yellow with small white head that lasts. The aroma is strong brett, citrus, spice. Thin mouth, spice, brett, funk, light dry finish, very good.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle, 2014 batch 5, poured into a weizenbock. Hazy orange with small white head. Aroma is Brett, medium/light body, well carbonated, and little lacing. Taste is big tart Brett and orange. Probably past its prime, but still pretty good.

Tap at the brewery; GABF weekend, 2014. On my second visit to the brewery, the Sunday after the festival. Brett yeast in the aroma with orange. Flavor is dry, but not sour, earthy, and orange. Full flavored. I am surprised to see this classified as as wit.

12 oz. bottle, at Ale Alpharetta, brought by Hamp. Pours hazy gold, with a thin off-white head. Nose is mango, peach, earth, and dry leather. Sweet flavor, with a little musty funk. Light body, acidic, and pretty dry. Overall, this is nice, crisp, subtle beer, with a strong Brett character.
