Missouri wild ale re-fermented on Michigan Balaton and Montmorency cherries.
Cerasus is a beer where the root is a Missouri Wild Ale, actually the same base for Fuzzy (without the peaches in it), and then re-fermented in wine barrels with Montmorency and Balaton Cherries from the Grand Traverse Bay region of Michigan. The result is a perfect addition to our extensive line of 375 ml Missouri Wild Ales with fruit. The cherry blend provides a hint of cinnamon, with a bright, salivating tartness and enough body, oak, and carbonation to keep it all together.
