Darren Marks and Spike Halsworth have agreed to provide the Calderdale Beer and Cider Festival 2017 with an 11 gallon wooden cask of Lock Keeper. This 5.7% ale is a smooth dark porter incorporating brown malt and Bramling Cross hops and has coffee and chocolate tones. This ale appears in a wooden cask for the first time ever and is brewed using a recipe that was jointly written by Bingley’s Head Brewer, Darren Marks, and Dave Sanders.
