50 cl. bottle. Dark brown colour with a reddish hue. Nice, big creamy tanned head. Roasted aroma with caramel, chocolate, liqourice and earthy hops. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and slightly bitter with roasted malts, liqourice and earthy hops. Pretty straghtforward, classical Porter.

Bottle [thanks to Fonefan] shared with Dutchdrebus, Joes and Ansjelaah @ weekly tasting. Very dark brown color, tan head. Aroma is malts, roasted malts, caramel, some coffee, slightly iron. Taste malts, caramel, lightly roasty, nicely bitter, lightly leaves. Average body and carbonation.

[ As De Jyske Bryghuse Viva La Vida In Riga ].Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, light chocolate. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, roasted, malt bitter, light chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140228]

Bottled, thanks fonefan! Dark brown, small head. Aroma of treacle and chocolate. Mid sweet with light body and clean, hard mouthfeel. Salted treacle, caramel and hay. Metallic bitter finish. Shallow.

Bottle. Pours opaque brownish black with small offwhite head. Aroma is vague but dominated by roasted malt, hints of coffee, soy sauce and iron. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter. Body is watery to oily with medium carbonation. Finish is medium long with notes of malt, caramel, coffee metal and hints of cinnamon.

Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&Cās beer palace, Jutland 28/02/14. Dark mahogony brown come dark black with a good sized light tan covering. Nose is light roast, toffee fudge, earthy cocoa, malty. Taste is more refined comprising, bitter roasted tones, dark chocolate, toffee, molasses. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok.
